BYRA Functions & Events - Celebrate that special event on the most beautiful waterway in the world!
BYRA is available for functions such as weddings, wakes, birthday parties, corporate functions and similar events.
The hall is also available for regular bookings for Yoga & Art classes, Adventure camps, meetings etc.

The Club is situated on the Southern shore of Pittwater and faces northeast. It offers wonderful panoramic views across Pittwater with the lapping of water beneath your feet.

The clubroom is a single large room of 144m² with a 36m² outside deck area. The area is a completely open-plan space with modern kitchen facilities. 

It contains two large refrigerators, an oven and a cooktop and provides ample counter space for the preparation and serving of food and drinks.

BBQs are available for use on the deck. Tables and chairs are available and are included at no additional expense. Full separate male, female and disabled toilets & showers are located in the entrance foyer on ground level.

Catering & Entertainment

The club does not offer catering or bar facilities. Hirers will need to make separate arrangements for food and drink with caterers, or provide your own.
Hirers may provide music or other entertainment during their function. However, the club is located in a residential area where noise can be a problem. Accordingly any entertainment cannot be overly loud.

The hirer will be required to supply their own catering, decorations, glasses, crockery, cutlery, etc. The hirer will also be required to leave the club in a clean and tidy condition.

Hirers will also be given access to the premises to set up for the function and may use any decorations they wish.
Hirers will be fully responsible for removing all additional equipment and decorations after the hire.
Cleaning after the event is included, you can take your own rubbish away or pay for removal separately.
