Our program is designed for adults of all ages & abilities. From lapsed sailors to absolute beginners. It is at your own pace, and our lessons are fun and informative and will get you sailing in no time. We take into account your overall goals - such as wanting to be able to sail for fun by yourself , or would like to race eventually.

CONVENIENT

We offer flexible sessions from as little as one hour. It's easy to park and its a magnificent setting to be on a Sunday. It doesn't get better than Pittwater! Your family is welcome to enjoy the club and its facilities while you have your lesson - or they can join in - we offer kids and family lessons as well.

SAFE

We benefit from a safe, sheltered, shallow launching area perfect for those just beginning their sailing journey.

GREAT VALUE

Includes all equipment and welcome pack. No need to buy a boat to try sailing - it's all included at BYRA.

AQUATIC PARK FUN

After your class, enjoy BYRA's range of aquatic 'toys", such as SUPs, kayaks. lilypad and more.

How to Register:

Select the time that suits your family best - there are limited places so please register ASAP
Choose Member or Non-Member depending on your BYRA Membership status
The whole family can enjoy the aquatic park before or after your sailing lesson

All participants receive a certificate of completion and progress.
