BYRA Twilight Sailing Rules, Instructions, Safety and Disclaimer
Bayview Yacht Racing Association welcomes yachts to join our casual Tuesday Twilight races during summer daylight savings period.
All current BYRA club members are eligible to sail. The helmsperson shall be a BYRA club member.
The BYRA Disclaimer and boat details shall be signed and returned to the Registrar when entering the Twilight series.

This Waiver confirms:
a) That your yacht is insured for 3rd party liability.
b) That you take full responsibility for the yacht and crew.
c) It is your sole decision to decide if you race or not.
