Team USA & Sailing Ace Jimmy Spithill Bound For BYRA!

In conjunction with the Sail GP ‘Adopt a Club’ programme, local sailing ace and Team USA’s driver Jimmy Spithill is set to make a very special visit to the shores of Pittwater. Bayview Yacht Racing Association [BYRA] will be hosting the legend himself on Monday, 13th February, in a not to be missed community event.

We are so proud of our not-for-profit volunteer-run sailing and aquatic club, but not to be foiled by future tech, BYRA will also be launching its very own foiling pathway programme at the event.

Commencing in Riddle Reserve West at 3:30 pm with special guests - including the whos who of Australian Sailing ,  the event will include an Aqua Park for the kids, an unboxing of a next-generation learner-friendly performance-pathway dinghy – the Nikki – followed by a spectacular All-Things-Foiling water show.
